Couper les carottes et panais en deux, sur le sens de la longueur. Couper le navet en cubes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Presser le jus d\u2019un pamplemousse de la Floride. Lever le second pamplemousse en supr\u00eames au-dessus d\u2019un bol. R\u00e9server le jus du pamplemousse de la Floride.<\/li>\r\n<li>Verser une bonne quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive au fond d\u2019une grande casserole et la faire chauffer. Placer tous les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s \u00e0 plat au fond de la casserole.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ajouter le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride r\u00e9serv\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t jusqu\u2019\u00e0 couvrir la moiti\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes, puis ajouter le miel et une tasse d\u2019eau. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre, au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\r\n<li>D\u00e9poser le couvercle sur la casserole sans la couvrir compl\u00e8tement afin de laisser la vapeur s\u2019\u00e9chapper. Laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le liquide s\u2019\u00e9vapore et que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres et cuits.<\/li>\r\n<li>Pendant ce temps, fouetter le fromage de ch\u00e8vre et la cr\u00e8me au batteur ou au m\u00e9langeur. Assaisonner de sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt, puis d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\r\n<li>Couper la ciboulette. Combiner la moiti\u00e9 de la ciboulette dans le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me au fromage de ch\u00e8vre et conserver la seconde moiti\u00e9 pour d\u00e9corer l\u2019assiette lors du service.<\/li>\r\n<li>Une fois les l\u00e9gumes cuits, les d\u00e9poser dans une assiette de service.
