Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. \u00c9plucher et couper le chou en fines lamelles, les avocats en b\u00e2tonnets et les carottes en fin b\u00e2tonnets. Effeuiller la laitue, la coriandre et la menthe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Enfourner les filets de poulet dans le four pour 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Faire tremper les vermicelles de riz dans de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pendant 4-5 minutes puis les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. R\u00e9server \u00bc de pamplemousse de la Floride pour le presser pour la sauce puis \u00e9plucher et lever les pamplemousses de la Floride en supr\u00eames.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Pour former les rouleaux : installez-vous de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir passer chaque feuille de riz sous l\u2019eau 1 ou 2 secondes puis \u00e0 la poser sur un linge propre et sec.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Une fois que la feuille de riz est sur le linge propre, saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9same (optionnel) puis d\u00e9poser un peu de chaque ingr\u00e9dient au centre de la feuille. Enrouler le c\u00f4t\u00e9 du bas en premier vers le centre puis rabatter les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de gauche et droite au centre. Finir de rouler en serrant jusqu\u2019en haut de la feuille de riz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Si vous pr\u00e9parez les rouleaux \u00e0 l\u2019avance, emballez-les individuellement dans du papier parchemin pour qu\u2019ils ne se dess\u00e8chent pas et qu&rsquo;ils ne collent pas entre eux.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.<strong> Pour la sauce<\/strong> :<br \/>\u00c9plucher, d\u00e9germer et hacher l&rsquo;ail grossi\u00e8rement.
