Concasser d&rsquo;abord des biscuits Graham en poudre fine ou m\u00e9langer la chapelure de biscuits Graham avec la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et le beurre fondu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Couper les pamplemousses de la Floride en deux et presser le jus. Verser 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de jus dans le m\u00e9lange de biscuits Graham.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. \u00c9taler le m\u00e9lange de biscuits Graham dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re en tassant bien sur toute la surface. Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Pendant ce temps, fouetter le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me la cr\u00e8me de noix coco, l\u2019extrait et le sucre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Une fois le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 biscuits Graham bien solidifi\u00e9, verser le m\u00e9lange du fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me par dessus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Remettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanille. Pour cela la cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre bien froide et le bol dans lequel vous la fouettez aussi. Monter la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture mousseuse. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les graines de la gousse de vanille. Ajouter le sucre \u00e0 glacer bien tamis\u00e9 et la vanille, puis m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule. Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Lorsque le g\u00e2teau au fromage est pris, le placer encore 30 minutes au cong\u00e9lateur avant de le d\u00e9mouler pour qu\u2019il reste bien ferme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
