Chaque \u0153uf doit \u00eatre parfaitement bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au m\u00e9lange avant d\u2019en ajouter un autre.<\/li>\r\n<li>Tamiser la farine par-dessus les \u0153ufs, mais sans les m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\r\n<li>R\u00e2per le zeste du pamplemousse de la Floride dans le bol et disperser presque enti\u00e8rement les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de graines de citrouille sur le m\u00e9lange, mais r\u00e9server une partie pour d\u00e9corer.<\/li>\r\n<li>Brasser le m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il forme une p\u00e2te.<\/li>\r\n<li>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans des moules \u00e0 muffins.<\/li>\r\n<li>Saupoudrer les muffins des graines de citrouilles r\u00e9serv\u00e9es plus t\u00f4t et cuire au four \u00e0 340\u00a0\u00b0F (170\u00a0\u00b0C) pour 20 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et cuits.
