Couper les poitrines de poulet en lani\u00e8res de 1 cm de large et les mettre dans un bol.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Verser l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans une grande casserole et faire chauffer \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Assaisonner les poitrines de poulet avec le sel et le poivre (au go\u00fbt) avant d\u2019ajouter les \u0153ufs, puis la farine de ma\u00efs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. M\u00e9langer le tout ensemble pour faire une p\u00e2te, recouvrant le poulet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Utiliser des pinces pour soulever le poulet du bol et le d\u00e9poser dans l\u2019huile chaude. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter en petites portions de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ne pas trop remplir la casserole.<br \/><br \/>6. Tourner les poitrines pour continuer la cuisson de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 une fois la chair dor\u00e9e et croustillante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Retirer le poulet de la casserole lorsqu\u2019il est parfaitement dor\u00e9 et croustillant en le pla\u00e7ant dans un bol au-dessus d\u2019un tamis pour laisser \u00e9goutter l\u2019exc\u00e9dent d\u2019huile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que toutes les lani\u00e8res de poulet soient r\u00f4ties. Placer le tout sur une plaque et cuire au four pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 325 \u00b0F (170 \u00b0C). Pr\u00e9parer la sauce pendant ce temps.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Faire chauffer un wok ou une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Ajouter une touche d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et cuire l\u2019ail et le gingembre pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter tour \u00e0 tour les noix de cajou, la sauce soya, le ketchup et le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu et laisser mijoter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>12. Sortir le poulet croustillant du four et le mettre dans le wok et remuer le tout pour couvrir de sauce.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>13.
