Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement en ajoutant du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt\u00a0: le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s assaisonn\u00e9. Ajoutez les crevettes et 2\/3 de la marinade dans un bol non r\u00e9actif et m\u00e9langez bien. Couvrez le bol avec de la pellicule plastique et faites mariner les crevettes pendant 30 minutes, en les retournant de temps en temps.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Coupez l&rsquo;\u00e9corce (\u00e0 la fois le zeste et la moelle blanche) des oranges pour exposer la chair. Faites des entailles en forme de V pour s\u00e9parer les quartiers individuels des membranes, en travaillant au-dessus d&rsquo;un bol pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus. Enlevez les graines avec une fourchette. D\u00e9coupez le pamplemousse de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Disposez les quartiers d&rsquo;orange et de pamplemousse autour du bord ext\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un plateau ou de 4 assiettes \u00e0 salade en alternant les quartiers d&rsquo;orange et de pamplemousse. Rassemblez les \u00e9pinards ou le mesclun au centre. La recette peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le gril du barbecue ou le gril \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Grillez ou r\u00f4tissez les crevettes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient cuites, 1 \u00e0 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
