Laissez le beurre et les \u0153ufs \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Tapissez une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Mettez le beurre dans un bol et m\u00e9langez doucement avec une spatule en caoutchouc. Si la temp\u00e9rature ambiante est trop basse pour que le beurre ramollisse, r\u00e9chauffez-le au micro-ondes pendant environ 10 secondes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Ajoutez le sucre et m\u00e9langez avec un fouet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Ajoutez l\u2019\u0153uf bien battu et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau avec le fouet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Tamisez la farine et la levure et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule en caoutchouc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Ajoutez le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride et m\u00e9langez avec une spatule en caoutchouc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Mettez la p\u00e2te dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et faites cuire \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (175 \u00b0C) pendant 40-45 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Une fois cuite, laissez la p\u00e2te refroidir. Une fois refroidie, coupez la partie gonfl\u00e9e et aplatissez-la.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11. Bien m\u00e9langer le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride et le sucre glace.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>12. \u00c9talez le m\u00e9lange de sucre glace et de jus de pamplemousse sur la p\u00e2te et faites cuire \u00e0 215 \u00b0F (100 \u00b0C) pendant environ 2 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le gla\u00e7age s\u00e8che.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>13. Coupez les bords de la p\u00e2te.
