Il peut \u00eatre servi en amuse-gueule, en entr\u00e9e, en accompagnement ou encore comme plat principal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients pain plat<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 \u00be tasse (450 g) de farine \u00e0 pain<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 (7 g) de levure s\u00e8che<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 g) de sel<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bc tasse (300 ml) d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garnitures<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>3 pamplemousses de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u215b tasse (175 g) de noix de Grenoble<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be tasse (220 g) de fromage bleu<\/li>\r\n<li>Cresson<\/li>\r\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Placez les ingr\u00e9dients suivants dans un grand saladier : farine, huile, levure s\u00e8che, sel et eau.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00e9langez-les jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous formiez une boule de p\u00e2te molle; puis, transf\u00e9rez-la sur un plan de travail propre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 et p\u00e9trissez-la pendant 10 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit lisse et extensible.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Remettez la p\u00e2te dans le bol, couvrez-la et laissez-la reposer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle double de volume.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Une fois qu&rsquo;elle est affin\u00e9e, \u00e9videz la p\u00e2te et divisez-la en 4 portions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Abaisser chaque portion pour former une base de pizza d&rsquo;environ 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire cuire les fonds de pizza dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Une fois que vous avez retourn\u00e9 la base, arrosez-la d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et parsemez-la de noix et de morceaux de fromage bleu.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant ce temps, segmentez le pamplemousse de la Floride et placez-le dans un bol avec le reste de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge, un peu de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00e9langez le tout et servez une bonne poign\u00e9e de cresson sur le pain plat pour un go\u00fbt relev\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement poivr\u00e9.
