D\u00e9coupez les betteraves en tranches fines \u00e0 la mandoline et disposez-les dans un grand plat.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. D\u00e9coupez les pamplemousses de Floride en commen\u00e7ant par retirer la peau. D\u00e9coupez-les en tranches fines et disposez-les au-dessus des betteraves.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Faites de m\u00eame pour l\u2019oignon rouge.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Pr\u00e9parez le pesto. Effeuillez la menthe et hachez-la tr\u00e8s finement. Coupez l\u2019ail en deux et d\u00e9germez-le. Hachez-le tr\u00e8s finement. \u00c9crasez les cerneaux de noix. M\u00e9langez le tout puis versez de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 hauteur. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Versez le pesto sur les betteraves et les pamplemousses de Floride.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. \u00c9pluchez la grenade et rajoutez les graines sur le dessus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.
