R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez le jus d\u2019un demi pamplemousse de la Floride \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un presse-agrume.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Faites fondre le beurre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. M\u00e9langez-le au sucre sans faire blanchir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs, la farine, la levure, et le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans des moules \u00e0 muffins au trois-quarts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00a0\u00b0F) puis enfournez le g\u00e2teau pendant 30 minutes. Testez la cuisson en enfon\u00e7ant la lame d\u2019un couteau dans les g\u00e2teaux. Elle doit ressortir s\u00e8che.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Laissez les g\u00e2teaux refroidir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age en m\u00e9langeant le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride et le sucre glace. Recouvrez le dessus des cakes avec ce gla\u00e7age.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
