Spongieux et l\u00e9ger, ce g\u00e2teau \u00e9ponge aux agrumes est un vrai r\u00e9gal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>3 pamplemousses de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse (250 g) de beurre<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bc tasse de sucre<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de vanille<\/li>\r\n<li>4 \u0153uf<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tasses (250 g) de farine tout usage<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de marmelade au pamplemousse<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tasses (200 g) de sucre \u00e0 glacer<\/li>\r\n<li>\u215c tasse (100 g) de beurre ramolli<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Placer le beurre et le sucre dans un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer et les fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient l\u00e9gers et mousseux.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Ajouter l&rsquo;extrait de vanille et tous les \u0153ufs, un par un. Il est important de bien m\u00e9langer chaque \u0153uf avant d&rsquo;en ajouter un autre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Zester le pamplemousse de la Floride en l&rsquo;incorporant enti\u00e8rement au m\u00e9lange \u00e0 g\u00e2teau avant de tamiser la farine dans le bol.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en m\u00e9tal, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients pour obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale dans 2 moules \u00e0 g\u00e2teau-sandwich de 20 cm et faire cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (175 \u00b0C) pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les g\u00e2teaux soient enti\u00e8rement cuits et dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Lorsque les g\u00e2teaux sont pr\u00eats, les retirer du four et les laisser refroidir pendant 10 minutes avant de les transf\u00e9rer sur une grille de refroidissement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Pour pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la marmelade, faites chauffer la marmelade dans une casserole avec le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride fra\u00eechement press\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er un gla\u00e7age savoureux.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Fouetter le reste du beurre et le sucre glace pour obtenir un gla\u00e7age au beurre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Pour glacer le g\u00e2teau, placer le gla\u00e7age au beurre sur la couche inf\u00e9rieure, puis arroser avec le sirop de marmelade.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Recouvrir avec le reste du g\u00e2teau et saupoudrer d&rsquo;un peu de sucre \u00e0 glacer suppl\u00e9mentaire.
