\u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>Petit bouquet de coriandre \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>500\u00a0ml de jus de pamplemousse rose de Floride<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour la marinade<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 \u00e9chalote finement \u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>3 1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vin blanc<\/li>\r\n<li>3 1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de vin blanc<\/li>\r\n<li>3\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron vert<\/li>\r\n<li>Un peu plus de 80\u00a0ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\r\n<li>1 feuille de laurier<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div l\u00e9gumes en tranches aussi fines que possible, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une mandoline si vous en avez une.Portez le jus de pamplemousse \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et versez-le sur les l\u00e9gumes avec le basilic et la majeure partie de la coriandre.Laissez refroidir.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade et laisser mijoter pendant 10 minutes.Tranchez le rouget en morceaux de 2,5\u00a0cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et faites-les frire, la peau vers le bas, dans une po\u00eale chaude.Retournez-les apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, versez la marinade, laissez bouillir et \u00e9teignez le feu.Laissez le poisson refroidir dans la marinade.Pour servir, \u00e9gouttez les l\u00e9gumes et placez le poisson par-dessus.D\u00e9posez \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re une partie du jus de pamplemousse
