D\u00e9coupez un cercle dans du papier-parchemin de la taille du moule et d\u00e9posez-le au fond.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans une casserole, faites fondre \u2153\u00a0tasse (60\u00a0g) de sucre avec de l\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez un caramel tr\u00e8s blond. Versez-le au fond du moule.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Disposez alternativement les tranches de pamplemousses de la Floride rose et blanc, puis comblez les trous avec des morceaux plus petits.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez le reste du sucre, de la farine, de la poudre d\u2019amandes, des graines de pavot, de la levure chimique, du bicarbonate de soude et du sel.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Formez un puit au milieu de votre saladier et ajoutez-y les \u0153ufs, les zestes, le yogourt, le jus de pamplemousse et l\u2019huile.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et versez-la ensuite dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Enfournez le tout pour une dur\u00e9e de 50 minutes. Si jamais le g\u00e2teau colore trop, couvrez-le avec une feuille d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Laissez refroidir une dizaine de minutes avant de d\u00e9mouler.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant la cuisson du g\u00e2teau, placez la cr\u00e8me 35\u00a0% dans un r\u00e9cipient pour faire la chantilly au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant que le g\u00e2teau refroidit, montez la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e puis saupoudrez d\u00e9licatement de sucre glace. Enfin, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez les graines de la gousse de vanille et m\u00e9langez-les \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.
