R\u00e9servez-les.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pressez le reste du pamplemousse et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez le jus.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Placez les olives, la moutarde, les c\u00e2pres, l\u2019anchois, l\u2019huile, l\u2019ail, et le jus du pamplemousse au m\u00e9langeur puis m\u00e9langer finement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir la consistance d\u2019une tapenade.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Coupez la baguette en tranches, graissez chaque face avec quelques gouttes d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour une belle coloration et faites-les dorer de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 la po\u00eale pour en faire des toasts.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>D\u00e9posez une cuill\u00e8re de tapenade sur chaque tranche de pain. Ajoutez de fines tranches de fromage de ch\u00e8vre sur chacune des toasts. D\u00e9posez-y quelques supr\u00eames de pamplemousse de la Floride et une ou deux feuilles de basilic.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pour finir, ajoutez un filet de miel ou de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable sur chaque crostini et c\u2019est pr\u00eat!<br \/><br \/><em>Truc du chef : il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019assembler les toasts au dernier moment pour conserver le maximum de croustillant.
