En plus, la sauce cr\u00e9meuse est d\u2019autant plus savoureuse gr\u00e2ce au go\u00fbt naturellement sucr\u00e9 du jus de pamplemousse de la Floride.<br \/><br \/>Cette recette a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et photographi\u00e9e par \u00c9milie Gaillet.<br \/>Vous pouvez la suivre @emilie_murmure<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>Pour la salade :<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0pamplemousses de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0canne de pois chiches<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\r\n<li>sel de mer et poivre du moulin<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0botte de <em>chou kale<\/em> (chou fris\u00e9)<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0avocat, m\u00fbr, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e8s<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0de tasse de graines de citrouille, grill\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Pour la sauce cr\u00e9meuse au pamplemousse de la Floride\u00a0:<\/li>\r\n<li>125\u00a0ml de jus de pamplemousse de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be\u00a0de tasse de mayonnaise ou de tahini<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de vinaigre de cidre<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\">\r\n<table>\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F (200 \u00b0C).<br \/><br \/>2. Rincer et \u00e9goutter les pois chiches. Sur une plaque de cuisson couverte d&rsquo;un papier parchemin, d\u00e9poser les pois chiches, arroser d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Saler, poivrer et enfourner 25 minutes.<br \/><br \/>3. D\u00e9tailler les pamplemousses en supr\u00eames. Pour commencer, sur votre planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, couper les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du pamplemousse puis les peler \u00e0 vif \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<br \/>Glisser la lame le long des membranes pour pr\u00e9lever les supr\u00eames. Conserver.<br \/><br \/>4. Presser les membranes pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus dans un contenant \u00e0 part pour la sauce aux agrumes ou utiliser du jus de pamplemousse \u00e0 100\u00a0% du commerce.<br \/><br \/>5. Pr\u00e9parer la sauce cr\u00e9meuse au pamplemousse de la Floride en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble dans un bol, saler et poivrer et ajuster l&rsquo;assaisonnement. R\u00e9server.<br \/><br \/>6. Pendant ce temps, trancher finement le chou kale en prenant soin de retirer la tige puis le d\u00e9poser dans un grand saladier. M\u00e9langer le kale \u00e0 la sauce en massant le chou pour l&rsquo;attendrir.<br \/><br \/>7. M\u00e9langer le kale, les pois chiches r\u00f4tis, les supr\u00eames de pamplemousse de la Floride, les cubes d&rsquo;avocat et les graines de citrouille grill\u00e9es.
