C&rsquo;est la recette id\u00e9ale pour assouvir votre envie de tartares.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>2\u00a0pamplemousses de la Floride, en supr\u00eames<\/li>\r\n<li>5\u00a0feuilles de riz<\/li>\r\n<li>100\u00a0g de saumon frais<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tranches (30\u00a0g) de saumon fum\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0de tasse de c\u00e2pres<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0tasse de mayonnaise<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de vinaigre de riz (ou de cidre)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0tasse de chapelure panko<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Pour la sauce aux agrumes de la Floride :<\/li>\r\n<li>80\u00a0ml de jus de pamplemousse de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>le jus d&rsquo;une lime<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de sauce soya<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0petite gousse d&rsquo;ail r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0tiges de coriandre hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">1. D\u00e9tailler les pamplemousses en supr\u00eames. Pour commencer, sur votre planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, couper les <\/span><span lang=\"FR-CA\">deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du pamplemousse puis les peler \u00e0 vif \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9. Glisser la lame le long des membranes pour pr\u00e9lever les supr\u00eames. Conserver.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"FR-CA\"><!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->2. Presser les membranes pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus dans un contenant \u00e0 part pour la sauce aux agrumes.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p>3. Hacher le saumon frais et le saumon fum\u00e9. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le saumon frais hach\u00e9, le saumon fum\u00e9, les c\u00e2pres, la mayonnaise, l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, le vinaigre de riz, le panko.<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">4. Ramollir une feuille de riz dans une eau ti\u00e8de. Sur une surface propre et s\u00e8che, d\u00e9poser 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table du m\u00e9lange au centre de la feuille de riz, ajouter 2 \u00e0 3 supr\u00eames de pamplemousse puis refermer en\u00a0 rabattant les bords puis rouler en serrant bien.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">5. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce aux agrumes dans un petit bol. R\u00e9server pour le trempage des rouleaux!<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\"><b>Astuce pour ne pas briser les feuilles de riz<\/b> : ne pas les mouiller trop! Il suffit de les imbiber quelques\u00a0 secondes dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de puis les d\u00e9poser sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper propre.
