feuilles d&rsquo;epazote frais (disponible dans des magasins mexicains et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s)<\/li>\r\n<li>1 concombre \u00e9pluch\u00e9, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coriandre fra\u00eeche finement \u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;oignon vert finement \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jalape\u00f1o frais \u00e9minc\u00e9 ou de piment serrano (dont les graines)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Pelez le pamplemousse et coupez-le en quartiers, en retirant les membranes, puis \u00e9mincez-le finement et placez-le dans un grand bol.Dans un mixeur ou un robot culinaire, m\u00e9langez les jus d&rsquo;orange et de citron vert avec les feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pazote, puis versez le m\u00e9lange sur les quartiers de pamplemousse.Ajoutez le concombre, la coriandre, les oignons verts et le jalape\u00f1o.Remuez d\u00e9licatement, puis laissez mariner 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de
