Sortez le poulet du sac Ziplock et placez-le sur un gril chaud. Faites griller le blanc de poulet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit bien cuit, environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 74\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale \u00e9paisse \u00e0 feu moyen-vif, faites sauter l&rsquo;ail avec de l&rsquo;enduit de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif, puis ajoutez le bouillon de volaille et le jus de pamplemousse. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baissez la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 moyen-doux, puis laissez r\u00e9duire en sirop. Ajoutez la coriandre.M\u00e9langez bien et r\u00e9servez. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez la roquette, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, les morceaux de pamplemousse et le poivre. M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients pour enrober la roquette.
