d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\r\n<li>1 Cs de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\r\n<li>1 1\/3 tasses de sucre de canne<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div entier, puis r\u00e9servez les rondelles.Dans un bol de taille moyenne, pr\u00e9levez la pulpe et le jus de chaque pamplemousse de Floride.Transf\u00e9rez la pulpe et le jus dans une petite casserole.Incorporez 1\/2 tasse de sucre, 1 cc de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, l&rsquo;extrait de vanille et la cardamome.\u00c0 feu moyen-vif, fouettez sans arr\u00eat jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et 1\/3 tasse de sucre.Dans une casserole moyenne, \u00e0 feu moyen-vif, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.Tranchez la gousse de vanille dans le sens de la longueur et grattez les graines, ajoutez la gousse et les graines \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, puis portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition douce.Retirez la cr\u00e8me du feu et fouettez-la graduellement dans le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u0153ufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit compl\u00e8tement dissous.Jetez la gousse de vanille et remettez le m\u00e9lange dans la po\u00eale.Tout en fouettant sans arr\u00eat, faites
