Ensuite, pelez et coupez le pamplemousse en quartiers, puis placez-les dans une passoire au-dessus d\u2019un bol pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus qui servira \u00e0 saisir les crevettes.<br \/><br \/>Hachez finement le fenouil et le concombre. Pelez et coupez l\u2019avocat et le kaki en cubes. Pelez les graines de la grenade. Retirez les feuilles d\u2019estragon individuelles de la tige. D\u00e9chirez la chicor\u00e9e rouge en morceaux de taille moyenne.
