Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis baissez la temp\u00e9rature. Laissez mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 5 minutes. Jetez la cannelle et laissez le sirop refroidir. Couvrez le sirop et placez-le au frais.
