cannelle<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de muscade<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse (100 g) de margarine<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tasses (400 g) de sucre<\/li>\r\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\r\n<li>1 pamplemousse.Coupez le pamplemousse en deux, retirez la pulpe et pressez le jus dans un verre doseur.Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau si n\u00e9cessaire pour arriver \u00e0 la cannelle et la muscade.Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez la margarine et le sucre, puis ajoutez les \u0153ufs un par un en battant bien.Ajoutez l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de rhum, le zeste de pamplemousse, les noix de p\u00e9can, et le m\u00e9lange refroidi de pamplemousse et de raisins secs.Ajoutez les ingr\u00e9dients secs tamis\u00e9s en deux fois.Formez des cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te en boules et pressez-les sur des plaques \u00e0 cookies ou d\u00e9posez les cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te sur des plaques \u00e0 cookies.Faites cuire au four \u00e0 190\u00a0\u00b0C pendant
