Hachez les feuilles. R\u00e9chauffez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une casserole et ajoutez les tiges de menthe. Laissez infuser d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 (plus vous le laissez longtemps, mieux c&rsquo;est). Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile infus\u00e9e \u00e0 la menthe dans une po\u00eale et faites frire les d\u00e9s de pain jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s. Ajoutez les feuilles de menthe hach\u00e9es et \u00e9gouttez sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Lorsque vous \u00eates pr\u00eat(e) \u00e0 manger, m\u00e9langez les feuilles de salade, le pamplemousse et la betterave dans un saladier.
