Continuez \u00e0 battre en versant le lait en filet, puis le jus de pamplemousse. Incorporez les \u0153ufs, la vanille, la cannelle et le sel jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne. Versez sur le pain, en appuyant pour faire tremper le pain uniform\u00e9ment.
