D\u00e9poser le thon ahi en cubes dans la marinade, couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant deux heures.<\/li>\r\n<li>Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration, retirer le thon ahi et l\u2019oignon rouge de la marinade et les placer dans un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Jeter la marinade. Ajouter dans le bol les oignons verts, les quartiers d&rsquo;orange, les quartiers de pamplemousse, les noix de macadamia, la coriandre, le gingembre, les piments jalapeno, l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et les graines de s\u00e9same. Bien m\u00e9langer le tout, assaisonner au go\u00fbt avec du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\r\n<li>R\u00e9partir le pok\u00e9 dans six bols de service. Placer chaque bol sur une assiette avec trois feuilles de laitue.
