D\u00e9poser le beurre, la cassonade et le sucre dans une grande casserole \u00e0 feu doux. Une fois le beurre fondu, ajouter le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable (ou la m\u00e9lasse claire de canne). Augmenter le feu et porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Retirer le m\u00e9lange du feu et r\u00e9server. 2. Zester le pamplemousse de la Floride puis presser tout le jus du fruit. Ajouter le zeste et le jus du pamplemousse de Floride dans la casserole. 3. Saupoudrer toutes les graines et les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, puis m\u00e9langer en veillant \u00e0 ce que tous les flocons d&rsquo;avoine soient recouverts. 4. D\u00e9poser le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re sur une plaque \u00e0 biscuits recouverte de papier cir\u00e9. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide du dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, appuyez sur le m\u00e9lange pour qu&rsquo;il soit bien homog\u00e8ne.
