Hacher les noix de Grenoble et les d\u00e9poser dans un bol peu profond avec le persil, la chapelure panko et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Tourner les filets de poisson et recouvrir de la garniture.<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Placer la po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 325 \u00b0F (165 \u00b0C) et cuire pour 12 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poisson soit bien cuit.
