Fermez le sac herm\u00e9tiquement, puis secouez-le pour m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients. Ajoutez l&rsquo;agneau, fermez herm\u00e9tiquement et secouez pour enrober l&rsquo;agneau avec la marinade. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez l&rsquo;agneau au moins 30 minutes ou toute la nuit.\u00a0Retirez l&rsquo;agneau de la marinade et jetez la marinade. Enfilez les cubes d&rsquo;agneau, les morceaux d&rsquo;oignon rouge et le poivron en alternance sur les brochettes. Faites griller les brochettes \u00e0 feu moyen, en les faisant cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;agneau soit \u00e0 peine cuit et que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres.
