Enfiler les quartiers de pamplemousse de la Floride et les cubes de poulet en alternance sur les brochettes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Placer une tranche de nectarine au bout de chaque brochette pour maintenir les ingr\u00e9dients en place.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Assaisonner les brochettes avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le sel, le poivre et le romarin frais. Mettre les brochettes au four ou sur le grill et cuire pour 15\u00a0minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit enti\u00e8rement cuit et que le pamplemousse de la Floride soit caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant ce temps, fouetter le feta avec le ricotta, le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride et 1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de menthe fra\u00eeche jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit lisse.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Tartiner le m\u00e9lange de feta sur les pains pitta et disperser la nigelle et le reste de la menthe fra\u00eeche sur les pitas tartin\u00e9s.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lorsque le poulet est cuit, sortir les brochettes du grill, enlever les ingr\u00e9dients des brochettes et les d\u00e9poser sur les pitas.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Presser un peu de jus de pamplemousse de la Floride sur chaque pita avant de servir.
