Ajouter le poulet et le cuire \u00e0 feu \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant environ 5\u00a0minutes en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit dor\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant ce temps, moudre les grains de poivre du Sichuan puis les d\u00e9poser dans le wok avec le poulet.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Disperser le piment rouge, le gingembre et l\u2019ail sur le poulet. Couper les tiges de coriandre et les ajouter au wok.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Continuer la cuisson environ 5\u00a0minutes, puis couper le pamplemousse de la Floride en deux et presser tout son jus sur le poulet. Verser la sauce soya et laisser mijoter doucement.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine (ou la f\u00e9cule) de ma\u00efs avec un peu d\u2019eau et bien m\u00e9langer dans le wok pour \u00e9paissir la sauce.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pour terminer, ajouter les nouilles cuites s\u00e9par\u00e9ment selon les instructions sur l\u2019emballage.
