Placez flanc de porc dans un plat de cuisson non m\u00e9tallique. Versez la marinade sur la poitrine de porc, couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez.Laissez mariner au moins 3 heures ou de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pendant la nuit.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Faites cuire la poitrine de porc avec la marinade dans un plat allant au four \u00e0 135\u00a0\u00b0C pendant 2 heures \u00e0 2 heures et demie, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le porc soit tendre. Sortez du four et laissez refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Placez une assiette plate ou un plat par-dessus la poitrine de porc, ajoutez un objet lourd et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Pr\u00e9parez le chutney au pamplemousse et au gingembre\u00a0: m\u00e9langez le sucre et le vinaigre dans une casserole moyenne, puis laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 r\u00e9duction de moiti\u00e9. Ajoutez les quartiers de pamplemousse, le gingembre et le curry en poudre, puis laissez encore mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation du liquide.Retirez du feu et r\u00e9servez. <br \/>Retirez la poitrine de porc de la marinade et r\u00e9servez la marinade. Coupez la poitrine de porc en tranches d&rsquo;un peu moins de 2\u00a0cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et d&rsquo;environ 8\u00a0cm de long.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Faites chauffer une sauteuse \u00e0 feu moyen-vif.Faites revenir les tranches de poitrine de porc des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es et croustillantes.
