Ajoutez les filets de morue et tournez-les pour les enrober. Couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez 4 heures.<br \/>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un petit couteau tranchant, coupez tout le zeste et la moelle blanche des pamplemousses. Coupez entre les membranes pour lib\u00e9rer les quartiers. Placez les quartiers de pamplemousse au frais.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Allumez le gril et transf\u00e9rez les filets de morue sur une plaque de cuisson. Saupoudrez de poivre. Faites griller la morue \u00e0 15\u00a0cm de la source de chaleur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9 et que la morue soit opaque au centre, environ 5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Pendant ce temps, fouettez le vinaigre avec l&rsquo;huile et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre restante dans une casserole moyenne pour les m\u00e9langer. Faites mijoter la vinaigrette. Placez les \u00e9pinards dans un grand bol. M\u00e9langez-les avec assez de vinaigrette pour les enrober. Salez et poivrez. Dressez les \u00e9pinards sur des assiettes. D\u00e9posez par-dessus les filets de morue.
