Tamisez ou m\u00e9langez la farine tout usage, la farine de bl\u00e9 complet, la levure et le sel. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une grosse cuill\u00e8re, incorporez doucement le m\u00e9lange de farine dans le m\u00e9lange de jus de pamplemousse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit \u00e0 peine incorpor\u00e9, en prenant soin de ne pas trop m\u00e9langer.Badigeonnez le gaufrier* d&rsquo;huile et faites cuire les gaufres selon les directives du fabricant de l&rsquo;appareil, en utilisant environ \u00bd tasse de p\u00e2te par gaufre.
