{"id":315,"date":"2018-05-28T20:17:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-29T00:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.quebec\/grapefruit\/?post_type=fdoc-recipe&#038;p=315"},"modified":"2024-06-15T14:23:28","modified_gmt":"2024-06-15T18:23:28","slug":"petits-scones-a-lavoine-et-au-pamplemousse","status":"publish","type":"fdoc-recipe","link":"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.quebec\/grapefruit\/recipes\/petits-scones-a-lavoine-et-au-pamplemousse\/","title":{"rendered":"Petits scones \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoine et au pamplemousse"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 pamplemousse de Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00bd tasses (180 g) de farine tout-usage<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tasse (50 g) de flocons d&rsquo;avoine \u00e0 cuisson rapide<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\r\n<li>2 \u00bd cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\r\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre, bien froid et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s (ou un m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me et de lait pour une alternative plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>2 \u0153ufs battus<\/li>\r\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gla\u00e7age au pamplemousse\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 tasse (200 g) de sucre en poudre<\/li>\r\n<li>2 \u00e0 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de pamplemousse de Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de zeste de pamplemousse<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Pr\u00e9levez le zeste du pamplemousse avec un zesteur et r\u00e9servez.<br \/>Pelez le pamplemousse, coupez-le en quartiers puis en d\u00e9s.Recouvrez une assiette d&rsquo;une double couche de papier absorbant, d\u00e9posez les d\u00e9s de pamplemousse par-dessus et laissez-les bien s&rsquo;\u00e9goutter.S\u00e9chez le pamplemousse avec du papier absorbant suppl\u00e9mentaire et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langez la farine, les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, le sucre, la levure, le sel et le zeste de pamplemousse r\u00e9serv\u00e9.Incorporez le beurre coup\u00e9 avec un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ou une fourchette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit friable.Fouettez les \u0153ufs et la cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re, versez la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs dans le m\u00e9lange de farine, puis remuez juste assez pour m\u00e9langer.Ajoutez 2 autres cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs au m\u00e9lange de farine, puis r\u00e9servez le reste du m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs.M\u00e9langez la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle forme une boule.Ajoutez les d\u00e9s de pamplemousse et m\u00e9langez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Retournez la p\u00e2te sur une surface de travail farin\u00e9e et formez une boule.P\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te l\u00e9g\u00e8rement 3 fois, en ajoutant une petite quantit\u00e9 de farine si la p\u00e2te est trop collante.Aplatissez la p\u00e2te en 2 cercles (de 15\u00a0cm).Coupez chaque cercle en 6 quartiers.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Placez les scones sur une plaque \u00e0 biscuits non graiss\u00e9e, puis badigeonnez-les avec le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs r\u00e9serv\u00e9.Faites-les cuire au four 7 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s.Transf\u00e9rez les scones sur une grille et laissez-les refroidir compl\u00e8tement.Arrosez avec du gla\u00e7age au pamplemousse, si vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
