Faites chauffer l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit tr\u00e8s chaude, puis faites dissoudre le sucre dans l&rsquo;eau pour obtenir du sirop de sucre. Ajoutez le sirop de sucre selon votre go\u00fbt au m\u00e9lange de jus de pamplemousse et m\u00e9langez bien. Remplissez six grands verres \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 avec le m\u00e9lange de jus de pamplemousse, ajoutez des gla\u00e7ons et recouvrez d&rsquo;eau gazeuse. D\u00e9corez de brins de menthe.
