Couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez. Enrobez le porc de sel et de cumin dans un grand bol. Dans une cocotte, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que des tra\u00een\u00e9es de fum\u00e9e soient visibles. Faites dorer le porc en plusieurs fois, puis remettez-le dans la casserole et ajoutez le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride, l&rsquo;ail et le thym.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux (\u00e0 peine mijotant) pendant 3\u00a0h\u00a030, \u00e0 couvert, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit tendre. Une fois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement refroidie, retirez la viande du liquide et effilochez-la sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c9cr\u00e9mez plusieurs cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile du liquide et arrosez la viande effiloch\u00e9e. Faites cuire au four \u00e0 425 \u00b0F (220 \u00b0C) pendant 30 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit dor\u00e9e, en la retournant occasionnellement pendant la cuisson.
