Pressez l&rsquo;autre pamplemousse de la Floride et r\u00e9servez le jus.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale moyenne, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et faites revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit ramollie, environ 2 minutes. Dans la po\u00eale, ajoutez le gingembre, le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride, le miel, le poivre de Cayenne, et laissez mijoter. Faites cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit r\u00e9duite d&rsquo;environ la moiti\u00e9, environ 10 minutes. Ajoutez le jus de citron et salez, au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Imm\u00e9diatement avant de servir, ajoutez les quartiers de pamplemousse de la Floride et les feuilles de basilic dans la sauce.
