Ajoutez lentement l&rsquo;huile en filet (goutte \u00e0 goutte si vous fouettez) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;une \u00e9mulsion se forme, ou fouettez simplement le tout bri\u00e8vement. Ajoutez le reste de l&rsquo;huile plus rapidement, mais toujours en filet.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Go\u00fbtez pour ajuster le sel et ajoutez plus d&rsquo;huile ou de vinaigre si n\u00e9cessaire. Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et le poivre. La vinaigrette est meilleure lorsqu&rsquo;on vient de la pr\u00e9parer, mais elle se conserve au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant quelques jours.
