Grattez 6 des moiti\u00e9s de pamplemousse et r\u00e9servez-les.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Coupez les crevettes en deux dans le sens de la longueur, puis ajoutez-les au bol de pamplemousse. Ajoutez les d\u00e9s d&rsquo;avocat dans le bol. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez la sauce chili, le raifort, l&rsquo;oignon, le poivron vert et le c\u00e9leri. M\u00e9langez bien et ajoutez au bol de pamplemousse, puis remuez doucement.
