Ajoutez 80\u00a0ml de jus de pamplemousse de Floride, le vinaigre et le sucre. Poursuivez la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 r\u00e9duire le liquide \u00e0 environ la moiti\u00e9, environ 8-10 minutes. Passez le liquide pour retirer les morceaux, remettez la sauce dans la po\u00eale.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">\u00c9tape 3\u00a0:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Ajoutez le persil, les quartiers et 4 Cs de beurre ou de margarine, puis faites cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le beurre ou la margarine ait compl\u00e8tement fondu. D\u00e9posez la sauce restante sur les coquilles Saint-Jacques. D\u00e9corez de cresson et de zeste.
