Placez l&rsquo;\u00e9paule de porc dans un bol avec le m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange de Floride, en le poussant dans le liquide jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit submerg\u00e9. Couvrez herm\u00e9tiquement avec de la pellicule plastique, puis r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez 2 jours. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00a0\u00b0C. Retirez l&rsquo;\u00e9paule de porc de la marinade et jetez la marinade. Placez le porc dans une r\u00f4tissoire. Couvrez avec du papier aluminium. Pour assembler les tacos, r\u00e9partissez le porc effiloch\u00e9 entre les tortillas. Recouvrez de salade de chou. Pliez les tortillas et d\u00e9corez de zeste d&rsquo;orange et de brins de coriandre, si vous le souhaitez.
