Versez la chapelure panko dans un petit bol et r\u00e9servez. Dans un autre petit bol, m\u00e9langez la mayonnaise et la sauce piment\u00e9e, puis r\u00e9servez. Dans une petite casserole, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 190\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Dans un bol moyen, fouettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Travaillez en lots\u00a0: trempez des crevettes dans la p\u00e2te puis la chapelure panko et faites-les frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es, environ 4-6 minutes. Retirez les crevettes et placez-les sur une assiette avec du papier absorbant. R\u00e9partissez l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de chaque pain avec de la mayonnaise au piment, garnissez de salade de pamplemousse de Floride, de crevettes cuites et de cornichons.
