R\u00e9servez 8 tranches et hachez grossi\u00e8rement les fruits restants. Tranchez finement la coriandre. Pr\u00e9levez le zeste et le jus des limes. R\u00e9servez<\/p>\r\n<p>.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Placez les filets de saumon peau vers le bas sur une plaque de cuisson vaporis\u00e9e de liquide antiadh\u00e9sif ou doubl\u00e9e d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium antiadh\u00e9sive et placez-les sous un gril chaud. Faites cuire 5 \u00e0 6 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Retirez les filets et d\u00e9posez deux tranches de pamplemousse sur chacun. Saupoudrez uniform\u00e9ment le sucre de canne sur le pamplemousse pos\u00e9 sur les filets de saumon et placez-les sous le gril pour caram\u00e9liser le sucre de canne. Surveillez bien parce que c&rsquo;est rapide.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez les haricots verts avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le zeste et le jus des limes, les morceaux de pamplemousse, la coriandre tranch\u00e9e, les canneberges et le riz brun pr\u00e9par\u00e9. R\u00e9partissez \u00e9galement et disposez le m\u00e9lange au centre de quatre assiettes.
