Incorporez la viande hach\u00e9e et l\u2019oignon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient m\u00e9lang\u00e9s. Divisez en seize portions \u00e9gales, puis formez une boulette d\u2019environ 4 cm de diam\u00e8tre avec chaque portion. Chauffez l\u2019huile dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif, puis faites dorer les boulettes de viande uniform\u00e9ment. \u00c9gouttez la graisse et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, dans une grande casserole, fouettez le sucre avec la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Ajoutez, tout en fouettant, le jus de pamplemousse, le vinaigre, la sauce soya et le gingembre. Faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 bouillir et \u00e0 \u00e9paissir. Ajoutez les boulettes de viande \u00e0 la sauce. Baissez \u00e0 feu doux, couvrez et laisser mijoter pendant 35 minutes. Incorporez d\u00e9licatement le piment rouge. Couvrez et faites cuire 5 minutes. Pendant ce temps, coupez l\u2019\u00e9corce et la chair des pamplemousses. Utilisez un petit couteau tranchant pour d\u00e9tacher les quartiers de la membrane. Incorporez doucement dans la sauce, puis laissez chauffer pendant 1 minute.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour un buffet d\u2019amuse-gueules, faites des boulettes de viande deux fois plus petites et servez-les dans un chauffe-plat.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette recette est facilement doubl\u00e9e et peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance.
