Laissez mijoter les deux casseroles jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres, environ 4-6 minutes. Laissez les pommes de terre refroidir dans le liquide.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Pendant que les pommes de terre refroidissent, m\u00e9langez le fromage de ch\u00e8vre, les \u00e9chalotes et la ciboulette, puis salez et poivrez. Placez le m\u00e9lange dans un sac \u00e0 douille avec un embout \u00e0 trou moyen.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Tapissez l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 terrine avec de la pellicule plastique. D\u00e9posez 2 couches de pommes de terre color\u00e9es \u00e0 la betterave dans le fond du moule \u00e0 terrine. Versez environ 1\u00a0cm de fromage de ch\u00e8vre sur le dessus, en l&rsquo;\u00e9talant uniform\u00e9ment. D\u00e9posez 2 couches de pommes de terre color\u00e9es au jus de mandarine et au curcuma par-dessus le fromage, en pressant fermement pour que la terrine soit lisse et uniforme.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ces \u00e9tapes pour deux autres couches de chaque ingr\u00e9dient. Couvrez le dessus avec de la pellicule plastique, en appuyant fermement, et placez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures pour qu&rsquo;elle refroidisse.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>M\u00e9langez les quartiers de mandarine, le fenouil et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive vierge extra, salez et poivrez.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>D\u00e9moulez la terrine et coupez-la en tranches d&rsquo;environ 1\u00a0cm.
