Ajoutez le jus de citron vert, l&rsquo;origan, l&rsquo;ail en poudre, le cumin et le poivre noir.<br \/>Enfilez les d\u00e9s de dinde sur les brochettes de canne \u00e0 sucre. Placez-les dans un plat plat non m\u00e9tallique, versez le m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange sur les brochettes, puis couvrez-les et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez-les pendant au moins 30 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 heures.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce aigre-douce aux agrumes de Floride\u00a0: M\u00e9langez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus d&rsquo;orange de Floride et r\u00e9servez. M\u00e9langez les jus d&rsquo;orange, de pamplemousse et de mandarine de Floride restants avec le vinaigre de riz et le sucre dans une petite casserole. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs en fouettant. Laissez mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement, puis retirez du feu. Laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, puis r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Retirez les brochettes de dinde de la marinade et jetez la marinade. Faites griller les brochettes de canne \u00e0 sucre \u00e0 feu moyen-vif jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cuisson compl\u00e8te.
