de pamplemousse, le sucre, le sel et la moutarde s\u00e8che dans le bol d&rsquo;un mixeur.Placez le couvercle et mixez pour bien m\u00e9langer.Augmentez la vitesse du mixeur au maximum et versez lentement la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;huile en filet par l&rsquo;ouverture du couvercle du mixeur.Versez le reste du jus de pamplemousse en filet, puis ajoutez lentement l&rsquo;huile restante en filet.M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une texture homog\u00e8ne et \u00e9paisse.Incorporez le zeste de pamplemousse, placez dans un r\u00e9cipient couvert et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez
