Placer les grains de bl\u00e9 et le sel dans une casserole moyenne et recouvrez d\u2019eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2,5\u202fcm au-dessus des grains. Placer \u00e0 feu vif et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. R\u00e9duire le feu pour maintenir le mijotage et cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 45 \u00e0 60\u202fminutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les grains de bl\u00e9 soient dentel\u00e9s, tendres, mais encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fermes.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. \u00c9goutter et rincer sous l&rsquo;eau froide jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit froide.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Transf\u00e9rer dans un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Transf\u00e9rer le jus du pamplemousse de la Floride dans un petit bocal. Ajouter le vinaigre, la moutarde, le miel, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre. Placer le couvercle sur le bocal et secouer pour m\u00e9langer.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Ajouter aux grains de bl\u00e9 et remuer pour combiner.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes, le concombre, les pacanes, le basilic et remuer pour m\u00e9langer.
