Peler et segmenter le pamplemousse de la Floride.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Trancher le gingembre en juliennes.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Couper le calmar et ses pattes en morceaux rectangulaires. Assaisonner avec le sel, le poivre et la sauce soya.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9pluche-l\u00e9gumes, enlever les fibres de la tige de c\u00e9leri et couper le c\u00e9leri en morceaux fins et diagonaux.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Faire cuire les 2\u202fsacs de nouilles selon les instructions figurant sur le sac.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Dans une po\u00eale, ajouter l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et le gingembre. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me du gingembre se d\u00e9gage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Ajouter les calmars et le c\u00e9leri dans la po\u00eale et cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1\u202fminute. R\u00e9server.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Faire frire les nouilles \u00e0 feu vif pendant 2\u202fminutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. D\u00e9poser les nouilles sur un plat de service.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Remettre les calmars et le c\u00e9leri dans la po\u00eale et faire sauter \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1\u202fminute.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Ajouter le pamplemousse de la Floride dans la po\u00eale, faire frire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11.
