Chauffer le four \u00e0 400\u202fdegr\u00e9s F.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Graisser un long moule \u00e0 tarte rectangulaire (ou un moule \u00e0 tarte rond de 9\u202fpouces) et le mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. M\u00e9langer les miettes de biscuits Graham, le sucre et le sel dans le bol d&rsquo;un robot culinaire. M\u00e9langez en pulsant.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Verser le beurre fondu sur le m\u00e9lange et pulser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ressemble \u00e0 du sable humide. Ajouter les flocons de noix de coco.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange de cro\u00fbte dans le moule \u00e0 tarte et presser la cro\u00fbte dans le fond. Faites cuire la cro\u00fbte jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit prise, environ 5-8\u202fminutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e. Transf\u00e9rer le moule sur une grille et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Dans une casserole moyenne, \u00e0 feu moyen, combiner le sucre avec la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et ajouter le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride. Faire cuire en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe et bouillonne.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Incorporer progressivement la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange chaud aux jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en fouettant pour temp\u00e9rer les \u0153ufs.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Remettre le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u0153ufs dans la casserole et faire cuire en remuant constamment jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe, environ 2-3\u202fminutes.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Retirer le m\u00e9lange du feu et ajouter les morceaux de beurre. Fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit fondu.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Verser le m\u00e9lange dans la cro\u00fbte refroidie et lisser le dessus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11. Couvrir d&rsquo;une pellicule plastique press\u00e9e contre le dessus de la tarte et laisser refroidir pendant au moins 4\u202fheures, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence toute une nuit, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la tarte soit prise.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>12.
